Seriously, you will understand that it is not about another better diet but about understanding yourselves and what triggers your hunger and behavior. The different yoga poses make you fit and healthy. They also connect your inner self and body, so that you look and feel younger. You will also come to find out that you are able to do more and not less as you grow older. Striving is something we all have gotten good at.
